This bench-top type taping machine with one axis spindle has been developed for taping on transformer coils, solenoid valve coils, and so on.
It features the AC servomotor equipped to rotate the spindle for setting the bobbin, thus the problems caused by the traditional mechanical counter method such as varied length and overuse of tapes are completely solved, which leads to enhanced quality of coils. Further, taping angle and number of rotation can be set easily by the program.
